About the project
An engagement designing and maintaining NestJS microservices behind high-traffic APIs for an e-commerce logistics platform. Legacy systems were migrated to a scalable microservice architecture and moved onto message-driven communication with RabbitMQ and Redis. The platform handled one to two million slow, external-service-bound requests per day; profiling and re-architecting the hot paths and scaling them accordingly reduced response times by roughly 30–300%.
