About the project
A two-year engagement as Head of Pedagogy for Epitech Balkans, with responsibility for the school's teaching from end to end. The role covered the first three years of the IT bachelor degree and a 6-month intensive programme training career-changers to become web developers: designing and overseeing the teachings, managing the pedagogical team, and handling collaborations with external partners. Alongside the academic work, it meant promoting the school publicly — organizing and running technical workshops and events for students and the wider community.
